Ordinary People

When Jesus came to earth,
He did not come to the rich
Or to the rulers of that time,
But to the ordinary people.
He came to help those
Who were ignored
Or put down by those
Who thought they
Were so much better.

God is here,  among us,
Working with the ordinary people
And giving them the love
They cannot find
Anywhere else around.
Ordinary people , not
The rich and powerful.
Those are the ones
We should be helping.

Ordinary people,
Who are they?
Where do I go
To find them?
Go to the streets
And the alleys.
There you will find
Those God
Has sent you to
That they will find
The help they need.
Always go help
The ordinary people
Whoever they may be
And wherever you feel them.
