Christmas Coming

Christmas is coming soon, are you prepared?  Are you ready for the celebration?   It is the time we have chosen to celebrate the birth of Jesus,  are you  ready for the party,  a special party for He who came to set us free from hate and division and to show us what love really is and how to love others without conditions.   Are we all ready for the unexpected from God?   Who knows,  God might just turn up as a woman this time.   We must be prepared for the unexpected from God both in who is accepted and loved and who is not.  

So,  are we ready for the unexpected from God?   Will we be able to know God in human form this time?   How many will turn away if God appears to us in a way that doesn't meet our approval?   And will we be able to tell who the person really is?  Are we listening for the voice of God inside of each of us?  Will we be able to hear that voice if the person is not who we expect?  Christmas is coming, are we really prepared?

Light has come 

Into our

Darkened world! 😀 

Come Learn

Come let us learn how to love as God does, fully and completely leaving no one out. Learn that it does not matter how different the person is and we are to see each person as a valuable child of God. 

Alone

Alone, feeling so alone like nobody cares about me. But then I look around me and find there are so many there saying that they care. Feeling better, no longer alone, I walk with my friends and know that I was never alone.

Giving Thanks :

For good minds made strong by God 

For good hearts that see good in all people 

For great souls who know that God created all that is 

For all of us who choose love instead of hate 

Freedoms

Freedoms to want: 

Freedom to be who you are. 

Freedom to love who you want 

Freedom to live where you want 

Freedom to worship God in the way that seems best to you 

Freedom to want the world to be free from war 

Freedom to be free from all oppression 

Stop Hate

Let's all do our part to stop all kinds of hate. We are to love, not hate all people. Can we learn a new way of living where hate has no part in us? Is there a way to include those who want to destroy us? Or is it already too late?

Scared

I long to be with Jesus, I long to hold His hand. But why am I so scared to be close to Him? What is it that terrifies me so much that I want to run away and hide? Is it something I've done or the mere fact of His heart presence?? Why oh why am I afraid of this love? 

Yet Jesus comes to me and holds out His hands, telling me to not be so afraid. And very gently He folds me in His arms and holding me close, reassures me that always I am loved. And as I walk along the path, I find Jesus is there holding my hand, showing me the way to go. And I have found just how much God loves me. 

Wishes

I wish for you happiness and all the joy your life can hold. 

I wish you love and you will know you are loved.

I wish you family to love and care for you all your life. 

I wish for you a faith that will keep you going no matter what may happen around you.

Ignite A Fire

Ignite a fire
In your people, oh God.
Set them on  fire
To tell the good news.

Ignite a fire
In  your church, oh God.
Set them on fire
To tell about God's love.

Ignite a fire
In our midst, oh God.
So we will show
God's love to all.

Despair

Ah -  I am in despair. 

I  ask for help, 

But it seems that 

No one is there. 

No one comes 

To my calls for help 

And I cry silent tears 

That no one can see. 

I am left wondering 

If anyone really cares

About what happens to me. 

I am in despair, 

Is anyone there? 

I need is the cry 

Of great despair. 

The black hole 

Of depression 

Is close by

And wide open 

So  a person 

Can fall into it

Without help. 

Hear the cry 

And get the help

I need!!! 

When

When will we learn to love as God does? When will we learn to accept others who are different as beloved children of God? When will we learn to walk side by side with the other children of God ,; no matter who is they are or how they worship? Can we learn to love as God does?
