Days

Yesterday is gone,

Tomorrow may never come.

So let us live

Only for the day.

One day at a time;

Let us live that way,

For today is here, now.

If we loose today

It is gone fore’er

And we can ne’er recall it.

For today’s unused

Get lost in yesterday.

We cannot plan for tomorrow,

For all our tomorrows

May never come at all.

So let us live for today

That when tomorrow comes

Yesterday will not be wasted.
