Do we Help?

I was oppressed;
And you did nothing.
I was beaten;
You turned your back.

Are we caring for those who are treated badly?  Do we try to help them or do we turn our backs because they are too different from us?  Can we truly claim to be Christian if we do not accept all others as beloved children of God?
