Dwelling is in darkness ,
Finding no light
To show me
Which way to go .
Dwelling in darkness ,
Sadness and sorrow
My daily lot
And no one to help.
Dwelling in darkness,
But then comes a light
To show me the way that
To life and love .
Dwelling in the light,
God always beside me
To help me find the way
To happiness and love .
