You call me
Untouchable,
But see me,
For I am
A person
You turn away
From me;
But stop and think
And listen
For you will find
That I am
Much like you.
I was
An outsider.
No one
Would accept me
Or treat me
As a human.
But now
Jesus has come
And has told me
That I am
No longer
An outsider.
Accepted!
Dear Lord,
Accepted!
I have been made
Part of the family
And have been told
That I am loved!
Accepted!
